400 MONEL ALLOY PIPE PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Monel alloy 400 (N04400) is the largest amount, the most widely used, excellent comprehensive performance of corrosion resistant alloy. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium, and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkaline solution. At the same time, it is also resistant to neutral solution, water, sea water, atmosphere, organic compounds and other corrosion. An important feature of this alloy is that it generally does not produce stress corrosion cracking and has good cutting performance. Monel400 is more resistant to corrosion of reducing medium than pure nickel, and more resistant to corrosion of oxidizing medium than pure copper.
