Hastelloy is an alloy that is mainly constituted of Nickel, molybdenum and chromium and is known for its high anti corrosive nature. It has several other properties like ductility, flexible, durable etc that make it one of the favorite alloys for industrial as well as domestic use. Hastelloy has various grades that define its quality and properties. C276 is one of the best grades Hastelloy. Hastelloy C276 sheets plates coils are highly in demand all the year round for their distinctive use. These sheets plates and coils are made out of anti galling stainless material that have outstanding resistance to wear and tear.
The Hastelloy C276 coils are known for best resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion cracking and stress corrosion due to the high presence of chromium and nickel in it. The molybdenum and nickel contents in the coils give them strength to stand the oxidization for a long time.
The properties of the Hastelloy C276 sheet are somewhat same as that of the coils and plates. All these three forms of Hastelloy C276 are used in different applications give the same service.
